After graduating from Rutgers University in 2008, I was ready to begin a career in education. I wanted to make an impact, to guide and support others in meaningful ways.
Then the recession hit.
Opportunities in education disappeared, and I was forced to rethink everything. What felt like a setback at the time turned into a defining moment when I was introduced to financial services as a life insurance agent.
It wasn’t the path I expected, but it quickly became the place where my strengths came alive.
I learned how to perform under pressure.
How to compete in demanding environments.
How to connect with people during some of the most important moments of their lives.
Over the years, I grew from a sales agent into a top-performing leader, earning promotions into General Manager and Regional Manager roles. I didn’t just build numbers, I built people.
I’ve mentored over 600 individuals, many starting with little or no experience, and watched them transform into confident professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs.
What mattered most wasn’t the titles.
It was watching people realize what they were capable of.
Today, I bring that same approach into my coaching practice. I work with entrepreneurs, sales professionals, and leaders who want clarity, confidence, and consistency, not surface-level motivation.
People who are ready to stop circling the same goals and finally move forward.
